Its Freehold with a site area of 43,557sqft and a total of 108 units. Currently is almost 50% sold, Mont Botanik is a good choice for tranquil lovers whom prefers a quiet environment amidst the private landed enclave. Also within walking distance to HillV2 mall and Rail mall. Small eateries are also located within the private enclave nearby the project.

 

Next – Forett @Bukit Timah. Forett @Bukit Timah is a development by Qingjian Group, whom is responsible for a number of quality projects in Singapore. Pending previews in March this year, its located at Toh Tuck Road, within walking distance to Beauty World MRT. Its Freehold with a site area of 360,133sqft and a total of 633 units. Its situated in the former Goodluck gardens site, Forett @Bukit Timah also has a good location within the exciting Bukit Timah transformation, which includes the Bukit Timah –Rocher Green Walk, the Beauty World Integrated Transportation Hub, as well as the new Bukit Timah Community Centre and the revitalization of the current Beauty world and Cheong Chin Nam food areas.

Pending previews in March as well, its located at Upper Bukit Timah Road, right next to Beauty World MRT and the future integrated transportation hub. Its Freehold with a site area of 31,874sqft and a total of 120 residential units and 54 commercial units. Situated in the former Goh and Goh Building site, Linq @Bukit Timah is located in the vibrant Beauty World estate, with abundance of food options and conveniently connected to expressways and major roads, surrounded by major developments in the next few years.

 

Lastly – Ki Residences. Ki Residences is a development by Hoi Hup, whom is responsible for large amount of projects in Singapore. Pending previews in Q1 or Q2 this year, its located at Brookvale Drive, Sunset Way. A short bus ride away to Beauty World MRT or Clementi MRT. Its 999 years with a site area of 373,008sqft and a total of 660 units. Situated in the former Brookvale Park site, Ki Residences is located in the tranquil landed estate in Sunset way. Located within the school zone and sandwiched between NUS, Singapore Poly and SIM, and Ngee Ann Poly, Ki Residences actually provides very easy access to these locations.
